BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification that will provide team leaders and frontline managers with the comprehensive skills needed to lead, guide and support their team.
This qualification is suited to a range of industry contexts while supporting the link between management and workgroups.
Individuals progressing into a frontline management role will be introduced to the essential skills of analytical problem solving, evaluating various sources of information, and the application of solutions to different issues affecting their workgroup. In the role of team leader individuals will understand how to not only monitor their own work performance and responsibilities, but also how to manage organising, and monitoring of the work load and performance of their workgroup.

Duration
The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management program can be completed either online or face to face, whatever suits your situation and your learning style best.
Face to Face
5 DAY COURSE (8:30AM – 4PM)
The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course is delivered over five days, the course times are 8.30am until 4.00pm each day. The Management cluster must be completed before the Leadership cluster.
Online
Using our online learning platform, you can complete this program at your own pace. The course features a combination of videos, audio and readings and web research all designed to enhance the learning experience for each. As the course is self paced, you will be able to log in and continue on from where you left off.
Should you commence the online program and feel that you would benefit from the face to face course, there is always the ability to transfer to the face to face courses (A fee may apply depending on the level of completion in the online program and is assessed on a case by case basis).
