Review of Current Policy and Processes
KINNECT Training will review existing workplace drug and alcohol policy and procedures and implement training modifications to the theoretical and practical activities prior to delivery to ensure that the training program reflects the organisation processes and required learning outcomes.
Typically delivered over 2-4 hours face to face or via webinar format, by workplace health and safety or allied health practitioners with extensive experience in workplace drug and alcohol services. Exact length of program is determined in conjunction with the organisation to address key learning and performance requirements.
This course is suited to those working in a supervisory or team leading role requiring an understanding of managing the risk around workplace drug and alcohol. It is designed to assist in
improving effective management and communication around drug and alcohol risk. Managers will also benefit in understanding the principles around the implementation and communication of effective policy and process.
No prerequisites for entry but the course requires the ability to read, comprehend and discuss complex documents including concepts on legislation and health and safety. There are no physical capacity requirements.
