Statement of Completion
On successful completion of each course, students will be issued a Statement of Completion from KINNECT Training via the learning management system. A certificate will be available for each individual course completed.

The Smart Move Manual Handling Course is designed for the complete workforce. All employees will understand the personal and environmental risks of manual tasks and the preferred management strategies.
Drug and Alcohol Awareness
The Workplace Drug and Alcohol Awareness Course is designed for the entire workforce. It ensures all employees understand their responsibilities regarding fitness for work and workplace drug and alcohol risks.
There are no formal entry requirements for the entrance into this course. A sound ability to read and write is required. This course includes a voice component and is best completed on a computer or mobile device with sound activated.

How do I start the training bundle courses?
After you pay for your course you receive your log in details via email and you will be able to start the courses.
On logging in, you will see the ‘Manual Handling & Drug and Alcohol Awareness Bundle’ name displayed. Once this course has been completed, your courses will be automatically allocated to you to complete.
I already have some of the courses in the bundle, can I purchase the courses individually?
Yes, you certainly can. The individual course pages are linked below. Individual courses are priced at $49pp.
When do the log in details come to my email address?
Generally, the log in details email is received within 5 minutes after the enrolment on the website is completed. Please check your junk folder if it is not found in your primary email inbox.
If I haven’t received log in details, what do I do?
If the login details have not been received, you can reset your password and commence straight away following the process below –

2. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ under the login button.
3. Enter in your email and click ‘Send’.
4. An email will be sent to you (remember to check your junk/spam folder). Click the ‘Reset your password’ link.

Are these courses Nationally Recognised?
These short course online programs are not Nationally Recognised. They have been designed with consideration of relevant industry standards, codes and legislation. Successful completion results in the issue of a Statement of Completion certificate.
Do you get a certificate straight away?
Yes. Once the course is completed, the “Download Your Certificate” page will enable you to download your certificate.
I didn’t receive my certificate, how can I download this?
You can download your certificate by hovering over where it states ‘Learner‘ on your portal, a dropdown will show, then click ‘My Certificates‘. Once this page loads, you will be able to see the certificate you have received for the completion of the course. Click on the gear shift under options to download your certificate.
